Glacier Ice Cream started with a simple idea: make the best ice cream in Colorado using real ingredients, small-batch techniques, and a whole lot of heart.
Boulder Roots
What began as a passion project in Boulder quickly grew into something bigger. Tony, the founder, spent years perfecting his gelato and ice cream recipes — studying traditional Italian techniques and adapting them with Colorado-sourced ingredients. Every batch was a labor of love.
Fort Collins Home
In 2019, Glacier found its home at 920 N College Ave in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. The 1930s-inspired parlor became an instant neighborhood favorite — earning a 4.9-star rating, Best of NOCO 2023, and features in Colorado Expression Magazine, Denver Westword, and Fort Collins Coloradoan.
